Key Requirements
Possess a Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing.
Demonstrated strong exposure to SMT, PCBA, or electronic assembly production processes.
Proven leadership experience managing production teams, supervisors, or department heads.
Extensive experience working in a high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of production planning and resource allocation strategies.
Proficiency in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems and safety standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address production bottlenecks.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
