Millennium Hotels is looking for a dedicated and professional Cluster Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team in Sulaimaniyah, Iraq. In this role, you will be responsible for handling room reservations across multiple hotel properties within the cluster, ensuring that all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently through our central systems. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests, providing detailed information about hotel rates, packages, and amenities while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is vital for maintaining high occupancy levels and ensuring a seamless experience for every guest from the moment they inquire about a stay.

Beyond processing reservations, the Cluster Reservation Agent will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and revenue management departments to help achieve financial targets and optimize pricing strategies. You will be expected to manage guest requests, handle cancellations or modifications professionally, and maintain meticulous records of all transactions. This full-time role requires a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to upholding the high standards of the Millennium Hotels brand. The location for this role is Sulaimaniyah, Iraq.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in hotel reservations or a front office role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar booking software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner. Detailed knowledge of hotel room categories, pricing structures, and promotional packages. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and maintaining guest records. Problem-solving skills to resolve guest inquiries and reservation issues efficiently. Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays if required by the business. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
