Midwest Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled FileNet Developer Lead for a long-term position based in Nashville, TN. This role involves leading the design, development, and troubleshooting of complex IBM FileNet and KnowledgeLake solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating robust Java applications that interact with FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake environments, ensuring efficient data management including insertion, retrieval, and updates. You will also develop workflow maps and custom components to optimize business processes. As a lead developer, you will administer and troubleshoot highly available and clustered P8 environments, working closely with IBM WebSphere Application servers. The position requires a deep technical understanding of SSL certificates and scanning solutions like IBM DataCap or Kofax. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. This is a hybrid role that combines technical leadership with hands-on development in a dynamic IT environment.
Key Requirements
Experience designing and implementing complex IBM FileNet and KnowledgeLake Solutions.
Proficiency in developing Java applications to interact with FileNet P8 environments.
Skills in CRUD operations within FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake environments.
Experience developing FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake workflow maps and custom components.
Deep understanding of FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine and Process Engine.
Hands-on experience with IBM Content Navigator and FileNet P8 APIs.
Familiarity with KnowledgeLake APIs or a strong willingness to learn them.
Experience with IBM WebSphere Application server and managing deployed applications.
Ability to administer and troubleshoot issues for highly available and clustered P8 environments.
Knowledge of scanning and indexing solutions like IBM DataCap, Kofax AutoStore, or Capture Professional.
Experience working with SSL certificates and certificate vaults.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot logs and traces to determine root cause.
Must have a B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
