VENDOR RELATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER @ METASYS GLOBAL
Metasys Global is actively seeking a Vendor Relations & Social Media Intern based in the Tamboril region to support supplier coordination and digital brand content for a premium cigar brand. This hybrid role combines remote tasks with field visits to cigar factories and tobacco farms, requiring a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between production and digital presence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining professional relationships with vendors while capturing the essence of the brand for social media platforms. The Monthly Stipend is $100–$120.
The role involves identifying and communicating with suppliers, tracking samples, and coordinating shipments to ensure smooth operations. On the creative side, you will manage social media accounts, capture content during field visits, and support the overall engagement strategy on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position to ensure effective communication across the supply chain.

Key Requirements
Must currently reside in or near Tamboril, Dominican Republic.
Full fluency in both English and Spanish is a non-negotiable requirement.
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organizational ability to manage multiple vendor contacts.
Willingness and ability to conduct regular field visits to factories and farms.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms, specifically Instagram and LinkedIn.
Ability to capture high-quality digital content during field visits.
Experience or interest in the Dominican cigar ecosystem and production.
Capability to track product samples and coordinate international shipments.
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining vendor data and documentation.
Ability to provide quality feedback on product samples to production contacts.
Self-motivated to work in a hybrid environment involving both remote and on-site tasks.
