QUALITY CONTROL / QUALITY ASSURANCE (QC/QA) OFFICER @ MEDICAL DAWLIA LIMITED
Medical Dawlia Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Officer to join their manufacturing team in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all raw materials and finished products meet the highest quality standards before they reach the market. This position requires a proactive individual who can monitor production processes continuously to maintain compliance with established protocols and industry regulations. The role involves performing rigorous quality inspections, documenting results accurately, and preparing comprehensive reports for management. The QC/QA Officer will also be responsible for identifying defects, suggesting corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to ISO and GMP standards. Applicants should possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and have significant experience in the manufacturing sector, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English to facilitate smooth operations within the facility. Possible work location includes Kigamboni within the Dar es Salaam region.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or relevant field
2 to 5 years of professional experience in QC/QA roles
Good knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
In-depth knowledge of ISO and GMP standards in a manufacturing context
Ability to document inspection results and prepare detailed technical reports
Capability to perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products
Proficiency in identifying defects and suggesting appropriate corrective actions
Experience in monitoring production processes to ensure ongoing compliance
