Key Requirements
Hold an MSc degree in Human Genetics (Preferred).
Possess 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of genetics principles.
Possess a strong fundamental understanding of variant interpretation.
Ability to analyze Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data effectively.
Ability to interpret NGS data according to established clinical guidelines.
Proficiency in identifying and assessing genetic variants linked to inherited disorders.
Skill in preparing and reviewing accurate clinical reports in standard formats.
Excellent collaboration skills for effective teamwork and timely reporting (TAT adherence).
Knowledge of advanced Clinical Genomics methodologies.
