Key Requirements
Extensive experience in high-end culinary environments or five-star hotels.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a kitchen brigade.
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively with an Executive Chef on menu innovation.
Proficiency in controlling food costs and maintaining inventory levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a luxury setting.
Must be currently located within the United States with valid work authorization.
Flexibility to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High level of attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence.
