SR ENGINEER - QUALITY & PRODUCTION @ MAULI THORAT
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to bridge the Quality and Production departments at our Chakan MIDC plant. This dual-focus role requires a versatile engineer who can ensure that production output aligns perfectly with quality benchmarks. You will be involved in technical troubleshooting, process validation, and supervising critical tasks in the press and weld shops to ensure operational excellence. The salary for this position is 6 LPA.

Key Requirements
Educational background must include DME or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering field is required.
Direct experience working in both Press shop and Weld shop environments.
Strong ability to manage technical aspects of both quality and production workflows.
Ability to conduct detailed inspections and validate production processes.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Effective problem-solving skills to address manufacturing defects.
Strong coordination skills to act as a liaison between departments.
Knowledge of safety protocols applicable to press and weld shops.
Reliability and commitment to working on-site at Chakan MIDC, Pune.
