PRODUCTION ENGINEER @ MAULI THORAT
A Production Engineer role is currently available for our press and weld shop operations in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation of production plans, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring that all mechanical processes run smoothly on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role that requires constant presence in the production area to supervise activities and maintain output quality. The salary for this position is 5 LPA.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree (DME/BE) in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
Between 3 and 10 years of relevant experience in a production role.
Prior work history involving Press shop machinery and operations.
Familiarity with Weld shop techniques and safety requirements.
Ability to supervise and guide shop floor workers in daily tasks.
Skilled in monitoring machine efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Competency in maintaining production logs and technical reports.
Understanding of safety measures for heavy machinery and welding.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving mechanical issues.
