We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager for our Quality department located at Chakan MIDC, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards within our press shop and weld shop operations, ensuring all mechanical components meet rigorous industry specifications. This role requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and the ability to lead a team towards excellence in quality control and process improvement. The salary for this position is 8 LPA.

Key Requirements
Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical.
Have between 3 to 10 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrate specific expertise working within a Press shop department.
Show significant experience and technical knowledge related to Weld shop operations.
Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance across production lines.
Ability to manage and lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
Knowledge of root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and industrial safety protocols.
Excellent communication and organizational skills for reporting and documentation.
Willingness to work at the Chakan MIDC location in Pune.
