MANAGER – OPERATIONS (1 POSITION) @ MARSHA AT ELITE HIRE SERVICE
This is an urgent hiring for experienced professionals to join UAE Operations. The roles require strong expertise in Steel Fabrication, Structural, Plate & Piping, typically gained while working in contracting companies. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred. The Manager – Operations will oversee the entire operational flow within the UAE projects, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. This role is crucial for managing the day-to-day activities and strategic implementation related to large-scale construction, fabrication, and engineering projects.
The required relevant experience includes specialized knowledge in Steel Fabrication Structural/Plate/Piping, and prior involvement in Refineries, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer Projects is essential. Interviews are scheduled in Kochi (02 March 2026) and Mumbai (04 March 2026), offering both virtual and face-to-face options.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in operations management within the contracting sector.
