Key Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Business.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and social media hiring platforms.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn about HR policies and labor best practices.
Ability to assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
