Manyam Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and push the boundaries of artificial intelligence. This is a remote role based in the USA, requiring a visionary professional who is ready to design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions. You will be at the forefront of innovation, working with Large Language Models and Natural Language Processing to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful results.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background with over nine years of experience, including a minimum of five years specialized in AI. Technical mastery of Python and a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be comfortable working on IST shift timings (5 PM to 2 AM IST) and should be capable of operating autonomously in a distributed environment. This position offers a monthly salary range of 1–1.5 Lacs.

Key Requirements
9+ years of professional experience in software engineering
At least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence
Advanced proficiency in Python programming
Proven experience with Generative AI, specifically LLMs and NLP
Solid theoretical and practical understanding of Machine Learning concepts
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting
Ability to work during IST shift timings from 5 PM to 2 AM
Experience in architecting and deploying AI-driven solutions
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-timezone collaboration
