Mamoth AI is hiring an IT Support professional to manage our internal technology infrastructure and provide technical assistance to our staff in Lahore. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring that all employees have the tools they need to work efficiently. Your responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, maintaining office equipment, and managing user accounts.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and peripherals.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and WiFi.
Ability to diagnose and resolve software configuration issues quickly.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) software and ticketing systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for helping non-technical users.
Experience with cloud services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Relevant certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
