BOILER & CHILLER MECHANIC @ MALACE|HR
Malace|HR is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Boiler & Chiller Mechanic to join the facility maintenance team at a college campus in Prairie View, TX. This critical role involves the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large-scale commercial heating and cooling systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all academic buildings, residence halls, laboratories, and campus facilities receive consistent and reliable steam, hot water, and chilled water services.

Key Requirements
Hands-on experience with central plant equipment
Experience maintaining large commercial heating and cooling systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing boiler systems
Expertise in chiller mechanic operations and maintenance
Ability to work in a mission-critical campus environment
Knowledge of steam, hot water, and chilled water services
Relevant technical certification or vocational training
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Compliance with safety standards and facility protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
