Key Requirements
2-10 years of experience in funds or alternative investments
Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission in Massachusetts
Experience advising sovereign wealth funds or mega-investors
Strong transactional experience in private equity and credit
Background in real estate or infrastructure investment law
Expertise in cross-border transaction structuring
Knowledge of complex corporate governance frameworks
Ability to manage multi-asset deal execution
Experience working within an AmLaw firm environment
Excellent research and complex problem-solving abilities
