Key Requirements
Currently based in Dubai.
Valid Nursing license/registration in the UAE/Dubai.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in nursing (Senior level required).
Proven experience in a leadership or Nurse-in-Charge role.
Excellent patient care and management skills.
Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in administering medication and treatments.
Knowledge of home healthcare protocols and standards.
Ability to handle medical emergencies effectively.
