OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST @ MAGENTA HOME HEALTH
Magenta Home Health is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our growing home healthcare team in Dubai. This role involves working directly with patients in their homes to help them achieve functional independence and enhance their quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, identifying specific therapeutic goals, and designing customized intervention programs tailored to individual patient needs and home environments.

Key responsibilities include utilizing specialized techniques to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive abilities, facilitating adaptation to physical or mental impairments, and providing training to family members or caregivers to support the patient's therapeutic progress outside of sessions.

Key Requirements
Currently based in Dubai.
Valid Occupational Therapy license/registration in the UAE/Dubai.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience providing home-based therapeutic services.
Ability to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
Proficiency in assisting patients to regain independence in daily living activities (ADLs).
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative team skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
