We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Maadhu Creatives, specializing in the 3D Model Making and Fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client acquisition and relationship building, specifically targeting architects, designers, and corporate clients to close deals and generate new business opportunities. This multifaceted role requires balancing sales efforts with internal coordination between design, production, and procurement teams to ensure project timelines are met and clients are kept informed through every stage of the process. The salary for this position is 12,000/- to 15,000/- AED. In addition to core business development tasks, the successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. This includes maintaining detailed records and MIS reports, supporting HR tasks such as attendance tracking and basic documentation, and managing office operations. You will be expected to achieve monthly targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline while also identifying ways to streamline workflows and improve overall departmental efficiency. A proactive problem-solving attitude and attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 6-7 years of professional experience in business development, operations, or admin roles. Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels. Experience building and maintaining relationships with architects and corporate clients. Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and coordination skills for internal and external interactions. Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Strong problem-solving attitude with a high degree of attention to detail. Experience in preparing formal proposals, quotations, and professional presentations. Ability to track project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of fabrication projects. Familiarity with maintaining documentation and generating detailed MIS reports. Capability to handle basic HR tasks, attendance tracking, and vendor coordination. Strong networking skills to represent the company at meetings and industry events. Commitment to achieving monthly sales targets and managing a pipeline efficiently.
