Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train junior kitchen staff.
Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (HACCP).
Excellent knife skills and technical proficiency in culinary arts.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school or institution.
Ability to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality control.
Flexibility to work shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
