This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of courier services, where the successful candidate will oversee reporting, manage delivery routes according to area dynamics, and ensure that all Express and MMS KPI shipments are placed for delivery. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing the courier team to maintain operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include coordinating timely courier departures and pick-ups, handling urgent requests from customer support, and maintaining high delivery quality standards. The Assistant Manager will conduct daily discussions with staff to ensure compliance with operational procedures and assist the Manager Operations with end-of-day reporting and task management. A strong focus on preventing shipment loss and resolving customer queries through diligent follow-up is essential for success in this logistics role.

Candidate must be a Graduate in a relevant field.
Possess 4-5 years of professional experience in operations or logistics.
Ability to ensure timely reporting and daily outlook management of couriers.
Proven skills in route management based on specific area dynamics.
Expertise in ensuring 100% placement of Express and MMS KPI shipments.
Experience in handling urgent delivery requests and coordinating with Customer Support.
Strong ability to conduct daily operational discussions and ensure compliance.
Excellent follow-up skills to resolve shipment queries and avoid lost status.
Competency in preparing and submitting comprehensive end-of-day reports.
Strong organizational skills to assist the Manager Operations with daily tasks.
