The compensation package for this role includes a salary of ₹3 LPA along with attractive performance-based incentives and an annual travel allowance of ₹24,000. Key Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in customer support roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Telugu.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Proven experience in handling high-volume chat and email support.
Strong customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work efficiently during fixed morning shifts.
Proficiency in multi-tasking and managing digital communication threads.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in written correspondence.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or support tools.
