FLOWBACK AND WELL TESTING SALESPERSON @ LYNX ENERGY SERVICES
Lynx Energy Services is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Flowback and Well Testing Salesperson to join our expanding team in the Permian Basin. This role is pivotal in driving our business development efforts, requiring a candidate who can effectively market our specialized services to oil and gas operators. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and securing contracts for flowback and well testing operations. Key Requirements
Extensive experience in flowback and well testing sales.
Specific sales experience within the Permian Basin region.
Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test.
Clean background screening results.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the energy sector.
Strong understanding of oil and gas completion and production operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with operators.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
