Key Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in outbound growth marketing or a related role.
Proven track record of scaling outbound lead generation programs from scratch.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for personalized outreach at scale.
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members within the marketing department.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive growth.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other modern prospecting tools.
Strategic mindset to align outbound efforts with overall business goals.
