Lucio AI is looking for a seasoned Inbound Growth Marketer with over 7 years of experience to spearhead our organic growth and content initiatives. You will be responsible for attracting and engaging customers through valuable content, SEO strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for our digital assets. Your goal is to build a sustainable inbound engine that drives long-term user acquisition and brand authority. Competitive pay is offered for this role based in Bangalore. You will collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless user journeys and leverage HubSpot or similar platforms to manage the inbound lifecycle. This role requires a creative strategist who enjoys building systems from the ground up and scaling them effectively in a competitive market.
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in inbound marketing and content strategy management.
Deep understanding of SEO/SEM and organic growth drivers for B2B.
Experience managing content calendars and creative production workflows.
Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and websites.
Ability to analyze traffic patterns and user behavior data using Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of brand storytelling and market positioning.
Proficient in using HubSpot or similar inbound marketing automation platforms.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling organic acquisition channels.
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or business.
