SOURCING AND PROJECT MANAGER @ LINC SOURCING SHANGHAI
Linc Sourcing Shanghai is actively looking for a Sourcing and Project Manager to lead our procurement and project execution efforts. In this role, you will be the primary link between international clients and local manufacturers, ensuring that all sourcing requirements are met with precision and efficiency. You will be expected to identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor the production process to ensure high standards of quality and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management and a deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape in China. You will manage various projects from inception to completion, coordinating with different departments to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager or Project Manager in a similar industry.
Deep understanding of the Chinese manufacturing market and supplier networks.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
Ability to negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers effectively.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and quality standards.
Experience in conducting supplier audits and quality control inspections.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
