Lilbet is seeking an experienced and driven Affiliate Manager to join our expanding team in Somalia. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country while focusing on growing our brand's presence within the local iGaming market. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners to drive high-quality traffic to our platforms.
In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Somali market and iGaming industry trends to optimize performance. You will work closely with agents and traffic partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to user acquisition. Key Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
Strong understanding of the iGaming industry
Deep knowledge of the local Somali market
Previous experience working with agents and traffic partners
Proven track record of managing high-volume affiliate accounts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Fluent in English and local languages
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on growth
