Lessotz is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our manufacturing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating diverse visual assets, including layouts, logos, and digital content for social media and web banners. You will be tasked with ensuring that all designs align perfectly with the brand's identity and communicate the intended message effectively to our target audience.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in a design role
Mastery of typography and visual hierarchy
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to create logos and digital assets that align with brand identity
Experience preparing final press-ready files for commercial printing
Skill in optimizing digital assets for web and social media platforms
Ability to present and defend creative ideas to stakeholders
Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry design requirements
Excellent time management and ability to work within strict deadlines
