DATA SCIENTIST @ LEOFORCE
Leoforce is an AI-driven product company building intelligent talent acquisition and recruitment automation platforms for enterprises. We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will work at the intersection of machine learning, generative AI, LLM-powered reasoning, and agentic AI automation, solving real enterprise hiring problems at scale. You will be responsible for building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment and working on NLP pipelines for intelligent candidate matching and screening. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience and a passion for turning data into decisions. You will drive data intelligence for hiring decision workflows and contribute to LLM-based reasoning and agentic AI systems. This is a full-time, work-from-office position that requires strong technical skills in Python or R, cloud platforms, and big data tools. Key Requirements
7+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.
Strong proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
Extensive experience with Machine Learning frameworks.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing including transformers and BERT.
Practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in SQL and big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or RAG pipelines.
Ability to build and deploy machine learning models in a production environment.
Strong understanding of text mining and NLP pipelines for candidate matching.
Capability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.
