SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL @ LEIGHTON ASIA
Leighton Asia is looking for experienced professionals to join our team for a high-rise residential project in Mumbai. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Manager in the Commercial department, you will be integral to the success of our large-scale infrastructure developments. This role requires a professional who can handle the complexities of civil, structural, and finishing works while ensuring financial accuracy and project efficiency.
Your core duties will involve client billing submission, sub-contractor bill certification, and the preparation of detailed estimations and variations. You will be expected to demonstrate technical proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel, alongside a basic understanding of JDE software. Key Requirements
Possess a B.E, B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
NICMAR qualification is highly preferred as an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in Civil, Structural, and Finishing Works.
Demonstrated expertise in Quantity Take-Off in accordance with IS 1200 standards.
Proven ability in client billing submission and certification processes.
Experience in sub-contractor bill certification and variation preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for engineering designs and calculations.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for commercial data management.
In-depth knowledge of structural steel calculations and analysis.
Competency in the preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Basic understanding or experience with JDE software applications.
