Key Requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment for telemarketing and other key departments.
Source, screen, and schedule top-tier candidates for various job roles.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records accurately.
Ability to work the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM consistently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR administrative role.
Proficiency in using MS Office and recruitment-related software or tools.
Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
