BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MEP @ LEADERS FORT
Leaders Fort is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services to join our expanding team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is to identify and secure new project opportunities, thereby expanding our MEP portfolio and driving significant revenue growth across the UAE construction market. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining robust professional relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, developers, main contractors, and government entities, to ensure a steady pipeline of projects.
Beyond external relationship management, the Business Development Manager will play a critical role in internal operations by leading prequalification processes and managing tender registrations. You will collaborate closely with the estimation and technical teams during the preparation of bids to ensure alignment with technical specifications and commercial goals. By conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis, you will help shape the company's growth strategy. We are looking for a proactive individual who can achieve specific revenue targets, contribute to the firm's overall profitability, and provide detailed periodic performance reports to senior management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
7–12 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting or related sector.
Strong network within UAE construction market.
Proven track record in securing MEP projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
Ability to lead prequalification processes and manage tender registrations.
Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategy.
Ability to coordinate with estimation and technical teams during bid preparation.
Experience in developing and executing business development plans aligned with company objectives.
