We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ERP Coordinator to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and supporting our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, acting as the primary link between business units and the IT department. Your focus will be on ensuring that ERP operations run smoothly and that any system-related issues are resolved promptly to maintain business continuity. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Chennai or be based in the local area to facilitate close collaboration with internal departments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills to effectively bridge business and IT teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Ability to monitor and maintain system performance metrics.
Capability to provide technical support and training to end users.
Willingness to assist in ERP software upgrades and system testing.
Ability to coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
