Lavhe Developer & Builders is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our professional team in Pune, Vimannagar. This on-site role focuses on overseeing and managing all site execution activities, ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated timelines and meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between design and physical construction, providing technical leadership on the ground. The responsibilities include detailed project coordination, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed. As a Senior Engineer, you will handle resource allocation, progress reporting, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the construction phase. This position offers a dynamic environment for a professional with at least five years of experience in the civil engineering and real estate sector to grow and contribute to significant urban development projects.
Key Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering roles.
Extensive experience in handling overall site execution activities.
Strong skills in project coordination and stakeholder management.
Ability to interpret complex structural drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations.
