SITECORE ADMIN / DEVELOPER @ LANCESOFT
Lancesoft is seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Admin / Developer to manage, maintain, and optimize Sitecore environments while supporting critical DevOps processes. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the stability and performance of Sitecore instances, including XP, xDB, and xConnect. You will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks, such as installing updates, applying security patches, and managing IIS and database servers to keep the infrastructure running smoothly. This position is ideal for candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience who can balance administrative tasks with technical problem-solving.
Beyond basic administration, you will handle user roles, permissions, and security workflows to protect organizational data. The role involves troubleshooting complex system issues, monitoring logs, and supporting content editors with their technical requirements. You will also be expected to manage code deployments and content releases using automation scripting, specifically PowerShell. This position requires strong expertise in ASP.NET and SQL Server, and it serves as a bridge between technical infrastructure and application development within a dynamic team environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Sitecore environments.
Proven expertise in Sitecore Administration and development.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft IIS Server management and configuration.
Strong experience in SQL Server Database Administration.
Proficiency in ASP.NET 4.5 for application development and support.
Experience with Spring MVC framework.
Hands-on experience configuring and monitoring Sitecore XP, xDB, and xConnect.
Ability to manage complex user roles, permissions, and security workflows.
Strong troubleshooting skills for system logs and performance issues.
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for automation scripting and code deployments.
