BOBCAT LOADER OPERATOR @ LA-MIDA
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bobcat Loader Operator to join our construction team in Business Bay, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks including excavation, loading, backfilling, and general site preparation works. You will be expected to operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently to meet project milestones while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety on the job site.

Key Requirements
3–10 years experience operating Bobcat / Skid Steer Loader in construction projects
Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License for Bobcat / Skid Steer
Proficiency in performing excavation and earth-moving tasks
Ability to handle loading and backfilling operations efficiently
Deep knowledge of construction site safety procedures and protocols
Competency in preparing sites for foundational or landscaping work
Experience in routine machine maintenance and pre-operation safety checks
Strong physical stamina to work in outdoor construction environments
Ability to follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
Excellent spatial awareness for operating machinery in restricted areas
