Key Requirements
Female candidate
Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Ability to manage street sales operations and field execution
Valid driving license
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Experience in the beauty or personal care industry (added advantage)
Ability to conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
Proficiency in monitoring sales KPIs like ECO and BP
Capacity to coach and develop a high-performing sales team
