CHEMICAL SALES MANAGER @ KYROSS GLOBAL
We are looking for a dedicated Chemical Sales Manager to lead our operations in Tanzania. The primary responsibility involves identifying and contacting potential prospects to promote a wide range of water treatment chemicals, including boiler, RO, and effluent treatment solutions. You will be expected to conduct regular face-to-face meetings, deliver technical presentations, and close sales deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Additionally, you will manage payment collections for credit sales and provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Beyond direct sales, the role requires performing frequent water analysis and maintaining accurate MIS reports. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet market demand. Candidates must possess a strong background in chemistry and have previous experience in the water treatment industry. Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry or Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry.
1 to 5 years of professional experience in the sales of water treatment chemicals.
Proven ability to identify prospects, meet clients, and successfully close sales deals.
Capability to perform technical water analysis at an agreed frequency.
Strong focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Excellent skills in timely payment collection for credit-based sales.
Ability to provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
Proficiency in sales forecasting and detailed inventory/stock management.
Experience in generating timely and accurate MIS reports for management.
Willingness to travel and promote products such as boiler and cooling tower chemicals.
