CHEMICAL SALES MANAGER @ KYROSS GLOBAL
Kyross Global is seeking a Chemical Sales Manager to join our team in Uganda. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and managing post-sale relationships. You will promote high-quality products such as process chemicals, cooling tower chemicals, and effluent treatment solutions. Meeting sales targets is a key priority, along with ensuring that all payments are collected on time. You will also serve as a technical advisor to our clients, helping them optimize their water treatment processes.
The successful candidate will manage local inventory and provide regular sales forecasts to the regional office. Timely MIS reporting is essential for tracking performance and market trends. You will also be tasked with conducting water analysis for clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of our chemical solutions. Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry or Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry.
1 to 5 years of professional experience in the sales of water treatment chemicals.
Proven ability to identify prospects, meet clients, and successfully close sales deals.
Capability to perform technical water analysis at an agreed frequency.
Strong focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Excellent skills in timely payment collection for credit-based sales.
Ability to provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
Proficiency in sales forecasting and detailed inventory/stock management.
Experience in generating timely and accurate MIS reports for management.
Willingness to travel and promote products such as boiler and cooling tower chemicals.
