Kruger Ventilation Industries Asia is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to join their operations at the Sinsakhon Industrial Estate in Samut Sakhon. This pivotal role involves the development and execution of strategic sales plans, along with a deep analysis of market trends and competitor activities to drive sustainable business growth. The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate sales forecasts to support financial and inventory planning, as well as implementing creative sales promotions and marketing initiatives. Leadership is a key component of this position, as you will lead and coach the sales team to overcome complex challenges. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong English communication skills
Experience in sales within the HVAC business
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
Skill in analyzing market trends and competitors
Competency in preparing sales forecasts and projections
Experience in designing sales promotions and marketing initiatives
Skill in identifying and securing new business opportunities
Ability to lead, coach, and support a sales team
Capacity to resolve complex sales challenges
