Key Requirements

–9 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial technology sector.
Mandatory domain expertise in Cards / Payments.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL for data analysis and querying.
Demonstrable experience with Issuing systems and processes within the payments ecosystem.
Ability to analyze complex business needs and accurately translate them into clear, functional and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirements matrices.
Knowledge of financial regulatory standards pertaining to card processing and payment security.
Ability to support system integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
