PLANNING MANAGER / BIM EXPERT @ KREAYOTOO SOLUTIONS (P) LTD
Kreayotoo Solutions (P) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Manager / BIM Expert to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is pivotal for managing project controls across various infrastructure development initiatives, including industrial parks, townships, and special economic zones (SEZs). The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of expertise in navigating the complexities of large-scale projects involving roads, airfields, and urban utilities such as water supply, waste water, and power distribution systems.
As a Planning Manager and BIM Expert, you will be responsible for integrating technical expertise with project planning using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will lead BIM management efforts, utilizing software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D to ensure 4D/5D BIM integration. Your analytical skills will be crucial in overseeing WTP and STP projects, ensuring that all technical and scheduling requirements are met with precision. Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Controls for Infrastructure Development Projects.
Postgraduate degree in Construction Management from a recognized institution.
Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Proven experience working on Industrial Parks, Townships, or Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
Technical background in Roads and Airfields development projects.
Extensive experience in Urban Utilities including Water Supply, Waste Water, and Drainage.
Knowledge and experience in Power Distribution and related utility infrastructure.
Handled WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects successfully.
Expert proficiency in project management software Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Advanced technical expertise in BIM Software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
Strong understanding of 4D/5D BIM Integration within the project planning lifecycle.
