Kogta Financial India Limited is seeking dynamic professionals for the role of Executive or Senior Executive in our Sales department, specifically within the Car, Commercial Vehicle (CV), and Tractor loan segments. The primary objective of this position is to source new business and consistently achieve assigned sales targets through various channels. Candidates will be responsible for channel development and establishing robust dealer tie-ups across multiple sectors, including re-sellers and primary dealers. This role requires a high degree of coordination with operations and collections teams to maintain a healthy portfolio and ensure seamless service delivery. The position is available across several locations in India, including Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Balodabazar, and Bhilai. Key responsibilities involve comprehensive portfolio management, conducting regular asset verifications, and efficient case processing. Successful candidates will be expected to manage collections effectively and resolve any pending documentation issues (PDD). Additionally, the role involves conducting regular review meetings and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring rigorous checks on Early Default (ED) and Non-Starter (NS) cases to safeguard the company interests.

Key Requirements

Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or a Graduate degree in any discipline. 1 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or NBFC sector. Specific experience or knowledge in Car, CV, or Tractor loan segments. Strong ability in sourcing business and achieving monthly sales targets. Expertise in channel development and establishing dealer tie-ups. Proficiency in portfolio management and coordination with backend operations. Capability to handle asset verification and end-to-end case processing. Experience in managing collections and resolving PDD issues. Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle diverse clients. In-depth understanding of the target market and local business environment. Ability to thrive in a highly competitive and target-driven environment. Dedication to maintaining strong customer relationships and portfolio quality.
