Kogta Financial India Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the role of Executive or Senior Executive in our Sales department. This role focuses on the Car, CV, and Tractor loan segments across multiple locations in Chhattisgarh, including Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Balodabazar, and Bhilai. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business, achieving established sales targets, and developing strong channels and dealer tie-ups within the industry. The role requires a proactive approach to market expansion and building a robust network of resellers.

In addition to sales generation, the role involves comprehensive portfolio management and close coordination with Operations and Collections teams. Candidates will handle asset verification, case processing, and resolution of Pre-Disbursement Documents (PDD). Regular review meetings and maintaining strict checks on ED and NS cases are essential components of the job. We are looking for individuals with strong negotiation skills who can build and maintain lasting customer relationships while thriving in a competitive market environment. Experience in the NBFC sector is highly valued.

Key Requirements

Must have completed 12th grade or possess a Graduate degree. A minimum of 1 to 4 years of professional experience in sales. Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills. Deep understanding of the local target market in Chhattisgarh. Ability to thrive in a highly competitive and target-driven environment. Experience in sourcing business and meeting monthly sales targets. Capability to develop channels and establish dealer tie-ups. Proficiency in portfolio management and coordination with operations. Experience in asset verification and loan case processing. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain long-term customer relationships.
