This position requires a candidate with strong technical proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript and HTML, alongside a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals. You will work extensively with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and the CMDB to ensure accurate CI matching and system efficiency. Whether working remotely or in the Charlotte area, you will play a critical role in optimizing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to meet specific client needs and specialized software engineering standards.
Key Requirements
10+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) methods.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
1+ years of experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, ES5+, and HTML.
8 years of specialized experience in ServiceNow VR module implementation and development.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals including Client Scripts and Business Rules.
Proven experience integrating scanners like Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7 with ServiceNow.
Solid understanding of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and CI matching rules.
Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Ability to consult clients on specialized software engineering and architecture topics.
