AI PRODUCT MANAGER @ KK SOFTWARE ASSOCIATES
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Product Manager to join our client's team for an onsite role in Texas. This position is critical for identifying high-value use cases where artificial intelligence can add significant value, conducting market research, and determining feasibility to ensure solutions are grounded in practical application rather than hype. The AI Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, managing everything from initial strategy and discovery to final development and execution. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite at either the San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX locations. The role involves close coordination with engineers and data scientists to translate complex business needs into technical requirements while communicating the product's value to various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include defining data requirements, ensuring data hygiene, managing model training cycles, and balancing accuracy with performance. You will also lead agile rituals like sprint planning and daily stand-ups, setting AI-specific metrics such as precision and recall to measure success. Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing user interfaces that accommodate probabilistic outputs and setting up feedback loops to improve model performance over time. Ethical considerations and safety guardrails are also a primary focus, ensuring all products comply with regulatory standards and mitigate risks.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Product Management specifically within the Artificial Intelligence domain.
Strong understanding of AI Models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Demonstrated experience in Strategy and Discovery for identifying AI use cases.
Proficiency in Data and Model Management including hygiene and training cycles.
Ability to lead Product Development and Execution using Agile methodologies.
Experience designing User Experience (UX) for AI and probabilistic outputs.
Knowledge of Ethics and Safety guardrails and regulatory compliance for AI.
Excellent Cross-functional Collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
Expertise in Stakeholder management and communicating product value to leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in product ownership.
Valid work authorization such as H1B, GC, USC, L2EAD, or H4EAD status.
