This is a key hiring initiative for an HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) Role with a leading company, located in Bengaluru. We are seeking experienced professionals with 6 to 10 years of experience in EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting complex financial management systems, ensuring seamless operation across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate must possess deep technical expertise in the Oracle Hyperion EPM product suite, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and data management tools like FDMEE/FDM. A crucial part of this role involves the ability to implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across the entire Oracle EPM environment to enhance security and user experience. Candidates should be ready to join within a 60-day notice period.
Key Requirements
Experience between 6 to 10 years in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and related EPM systems.
Hands-on experience in solution design for both on-premise and cloud-based EPM environments.
Proficiency in implementation and support of complex EPM solutions.
Expertise in Oracle Hyperion EPM products, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE / FDM.
Ability to implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for the Oracle EPM product suite.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes.
Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines, particularly the 60-day notice period requirement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with client teams.
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities related to financial system architectures.
Experience managing upgrade and maintenance cycles for EPM infrastructure.
