TRANSPORT OPERATIONS AND DOCUMETATION OFFICER @ KIOO GLASS
The Transport Operations and Documentation Officer at Kioo Glass plays a critical role in the logistics and operations department. This position involves overseeing the efficient and timely loading and releasing of vehicles, ensuring that all products are delivered according to set routes and schedules. The officer is responsible for the full lifecycle of vehicle movement, from initial loading to final offloading, ensuring that all necessary delivery documentation is accurately processed and shared with customers and relevant entities.
Furthermore, the role demands high levels of accountability and coordination. The successful candidate will monitor border clearance processes to prevent delays, coordinate with technical teams for preventive vehicle maintenance, and manage driver accountability regarding delivery losses. Additionally, the officer must handle financial aspects such as requesting trip allowances and ensuring fuel limits are respected. Reporting is a key component, requiring the submission of comprehensive daily and periodic status reports to management to evaluate operational performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree or Advance diploma in Transport or Business Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in handling transport services for a reputable organization.
Proficiency in computer usage, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and control loading and delivery schedules.
Strong coordination skills for managing border clearance and releasing trucks without delays.
Experience in maintaining both electronic and manual documentation systems.
Ability to implement quality objectives and operational procedures effectively.
Experience in managing driver accountability and summarizing delivery loss reports.
Competence in coordinating with technical teams for preventive vehicle maintenance.
Knowledge of managing trip allowances and coordinating with finance departments.
