Our client in Libya is looking for skilled Palletising Operators to manage the final stage of their beverage production lines. This role involves operating sophisticated palletizing robots or mechanical systems to stack finished goods onto pallets for storage and transport. You will be responsible for ensuring that pallets are stacked securely, following specific patterns that maximize stability and space efficiency. The role is critical to the supply chain, as it bridges the gap between production and distribution.
Utilizing modern Krones and Sidel palletizing equipment, you will monitor the automated systems for errors and ensure that the palletizing process keeps pace with the high-speed production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial automation and be able to perform routine maintenance to keep the equipment in top condition. Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in palletizing within the beverage industry.
Proven proficiency with Krones or Sidel robotic/mechanical palletizers.
Deep understanding of pallet patterns and load stability requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work in a continuous, high-volume production plant.
Technical skills in operating and troubleshooting automated control systems.
Experience with stretch-wrapping equipment and pallet labeling systems.
Knowledge of safety procedures around high-speed robotic equipment.
Ability to perform basic maintenance and participate in equipment overhauls.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
Resilience and the ability to work long shifts in an industrial setting.
