Key Requirements
Extensive experience with Python and PySpark for data processing.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and various NoSQL database systems.
Proven track record in designing and maintaining complex ETL pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of Databricks for big data analytics.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with real-time processing tools like Kafka or Spark Streaming.
Expertise in cloud and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to lead data architecture decisions and drive technical improvements.
Proficient English communication skills at a C1 level or higher.
Strong mentorship skills to guide junior and mid-level developers.
